Sublimation

The process of transferring ink into a fabric before it's cut and sewn.

PROS:  Endless ability to customize any garment with high quality fabric, color, and design.

PRICING: Determined by fabric choice and level of customization.

CUSTOMIZATION: All orders can be personalized with no additional costs.

ALL XXL+ SIZES ARE AN ADDITIONAL $5

Screen Printing

The process of transferring ink onto a garment using a stenciled mesh.

PROS: The most cost effective and versatile way to decorate many different varieties of garments.

PRICING: Determined by amount of colors and quantities.  Each color requires a $16 screen charge.

Quantities are broken down by the following (6 piece minimum):

6-12, 13-36, 37-72, 73-144, 145-288, 289-499, 500-999, 1,000-4,999, 5,000+

CUSTOMIZATION: All names are $7, numbers are $3.

Embroidery 

The process of decorating a garment using a needle to apply thread.

PROS: A high quality way to produce a professional looking product.

PRICING: Determined by stitch count, size, and detail of design.

CUSTOMIZATION: All names are $7, numbers are $3

ALL XXL+ SIZES ARE AN ADDITIONAL $2    

HOW OUR PRICING WORKS

We build all of our costs into our pricing upfront this way you know exactly how much you’ll be paying on the final invoice.  

The following factors determine your cost:

ARTWORK: One of the great advantages of working with us is free artwork.  Our in-house design team works directly with you to create your desired design or logo.  Extensive amounts of artwork will require additional costs.  You will be notified if a job requires additional art charges.  

SCREENS: Each color requires a screen that costs $16 for any new design and $6 for a design that we have previously printed.

STITCH COUNT: Embroidery costs are based on stitch count.  All new jobs require a $30 digitizing fee.  

QUANTITIES: The cost of your item goes down as the quantities go up, price breaks occur at: 12, 36, 73, 144, 289, 500, and 1,000.

SHIPPING: This is the only cost that may not be included with your price quote if the delivery location or garment details are unknown.  Typically a job of 50 or less will have a shipping cost of $10.

GARMENTS: We work directly with you to find the garment you’re looking for.  Our long list of brand options and knowledge of the apparel industry will ensure you look your best and stay within your budget.

ADDITIONAL PRICING

Some other things to keep in mind that may raise your cost:

EXTRA LARGE SIZES: Any items XXL or larger will include a $2 additional cost.

YOUTH SIZES: Jobs with sizes YS and below may include additional screen charges due to the need for an additional set-up to fit the smaller dimensions.  This cost can vary depending on the item.

CUSTOMIZATION: If you would like to customize your order with names or numbers the following pricing will be added for each item that requires customization:
